Damage Products/Goods
Crazy 8 Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please retain all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. All other claims should be filed as soon as discovered within the carrier's claim filing requirements.
Damaged Product in Transit Policy
It is our priority to ensure that products are packaged safely and securely. Your package is automatically insured in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged. Shipping insurance is through the carrier and it is the buyers responsibility to file with the carrier. We will assist the buyer in anyway we can, however, it is the carrier company that makes the decision on how the claim is settled,
Crazy 8 Designs will assist the customer in getting replacements sent out as quickly as possible. The cost of replacements are at customers expense. We will work to help by discounting replacements when we can. This is not a guarantee. We will not always have replacements on hand. Customers will be asked to provide proof a claim has been made with the carrier. Discount will be up to 30% and customer will be required to pay taxes and shipping where it applies.
Taxes
Crazy 8 Designing is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All taxes are the responsibility of the customers. Shopify charges sales tax to customers in the state of Texas that are not a registered business sales tax based on local sales tax requirements. Businesses or out of state residents are responsible for all sales or other taxes required by their state or national tax code. Crazy 8 Designs is not responsible for tracking or paying these tax dues.
Warranty Disclaimer
Crazy 8 Designs. is not responsible for products created using our supplies. There are countless combinations which may be made, and though we thoroughly test our products, we are not able to test every possible combination with respect to products used, temperature variation, climatic differences, etc. It is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to test their product and formulas for compatibility and safety. Because Crazy 8 Designs has no control over the use of our product once it has left our facility, we offer no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, as to the suitability or results when combining products to create another.
Because the customer is ultimately responsible and liable for any items they produce, experimentation and testing is highly recommended. Any tips, instructions, or directions provided on our website or by phone with our Customer Service Representatives are suggestions only. We provide this information in good faith from our experiences, and they are offered as helpful guidelines. These tips, instructions and directions are provided without warranty of any kind.
Out of Stock Items
If an order is placed and it is determined that one or more items is out of stock, we will do our best to contact the customer so that they can either choose a different product or receive a refund for that item. If we do not hear from the customer by 3PM CST that same business day, we will ship the rest of the items on the order and issue a refund for the out of stock item plus the shipping costs for that item. If there is only one item on the order and it is out of stock, we will attempt to contact the customer but if we do not hear from them we will wait until the customer contacts us so they can let us know if they would like to choose a different product or cancel the order.
Any items not in stock on pick up orders can be credited or exchanged for a different item.
Items will not be placed on backorder.
