Returns / Refunds / Exchanges/Cancellations


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELED ONCE PLACED. Notifying us that an order needs canceling is not a guarantee that we will be able to retrieve the order if it has already been processed. Once molds have been poured or packages have been packed an order can not be canceled without a restock fee. 

If you refuse the package, you will still be responsible for the shipping charges on that order, and store credit will be issued for the merchandise when it is returned to us minus shipping and restock fees.


Crazy 8 Design will not edit, combine or cancel an order once submitted. 


***In the rare instance an order is CANCELED or not accepted: A $20.00 RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL CANCELLATIONS WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND NO EXCEPTIONS****

All orders that have missing or manufacturer defective items or that contain incorrect products must be reported to Crazy 8 Designs  within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours from delivery, all orders are presumed to be accurate, if you are missing any items please include pictures of your item(s), order # packing invoice and email to crazy8designs@myyahoo.com

Due to sanitary and other reasons, all sales, including, without limitation, fragrance, color, are final and may not be returned, exchanged or refunded unless a particular order has missing items or contains incorrect products, in which event, returns, exchanges and or refunds will be accepted for the missing or incorrect products only.

Please note: Crazy 8 Designs requires that customers perform tests on its products and/or finished products to ensure quality and safety before creating bulk quantities or providing them to others. Finished products that are not satisfactory to you will not be compensated.

We are not responsible for purchases listed in social media groups through destash posts.

Our goal is to provide you with adequate product information and guidance, but it is ultimately up to you, the customer, to perform your own extensive research and testing in order to ensure compatibility, safety, and desired results. When using our products in your recipes, Crazy 8 Design is not responsible for unsatisfactory results. Each batch is subjected to quality assurance tests, and a certificate of analysis is issued to verify specifications. We rigorously test and package our aroma beads before they leave our warehouse to ensure quality and accuracy.

When making goods with its products, Crazy 8 Designs is not responsible for any harm or damage to persons or property.

Tips, instructions, or directions provided on our website or by our Customer Service Representatives are suggestions only. This information is provided in good faith from our experiences, and we hope it will be helpful to you. No warranty is provided with these tips, instructions, or directions. Although the quality of our products is high, we are not able to test every possible combination with respect to the products used, temperature variation, and climatic differences, etc.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if you feel your product is defective. We will require the return of defective products that have been opened or used for testing. When returning a product, please include your name, email address, and order number.

Permissible returns, exchanges and refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges.  Shipping charges for all permissible returns, exchanges and refunds must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

If an item is defective, store credit will be given in the amount of the item minus shipping.

*We highly recommend ordering sample sizes of these products (when available) before buying a larger quantity. Not all companies' fragrance products are the same.

Pricing

The pricing for each product shall be clearly displayed on the Website at the time you purchase the products. Crazy 8 Designs works to give our customers the best possible prices.  If we offer bulk pricing for our merchandise, you will see the prices listed on the Website. We do not offer any larger discounts than what is already listed on our Website.  Crazy 8 Designs  reserves the right to change its prices, at any time, without notice.  Revised prices will be available on the Website.  The amount of any local, state, federal, provincial or international tax or tariff levied on the goods, including, without limitation, sales or use tax if required to be collected by the Company, shall remain be your sole responsibility, and where required to be collected by the Company, shall be added to each order. 

The Company does not back-order merchandise.  If the Company receives an order that includes items that are out of stock, the Company will contact you via telephone and/or email to inform you of the out-of-stock items and credit your credit card for the amount of the out of stock merchandise.  All out of stock items must be reordered once they are back in stock.
